Originally from New Brunswick and a graduate in administration from Université Laval, Steven built part of his career in Quebec, where he founded Falco Transport before selling the company and returning to settle in Lac Baker, near his family. Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit, he then joined Sunnymel in Clair, New Brunswick, first as a continuous improvement coordinator, then as HR Director. He now holds the position of General Manager.

In parallel, Steven is pursuing several projects that he is passionate about. He is co-owner of Falco Housing Solutions, a company specializing in tiny houses, glamping domes and the development of tourist complexes internationally; co-owner of SUPTOGO, an innovative paddle board rental service via autonomous distributors; and co-owner of Baker Rub'n'Smoke.

With Baker Rub'n'Smoke, Steven is dedicated to creating an authentic Canadian spice brand, inspired by local flavors and culinary expertise. His role encompasses both product development and the overall vision of the company: to offer high-quality, simple, flavorful blends designed to enhance the pleasure of cooking, from home BBQs to large meals with friends.

Deeply involved in his community, Steven is also vice-president of the board of directors of the Edmundston Regional Hospital Foundation and treasurer of CBDC Madawaska.
